Business Development Specialist - DACH Market
We're seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team in Dublin. As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the German-speaking market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce and retail brand challenges, as well as experience in selling scalable, data-driven marketing solutions to C-level or senior marketing stakeholders. You'll be responsible for managing a high-velocity sales pipeline, running full-cycle SaaS sales, and consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive business growth in the DACH market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the region
* Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue strategic partnerships and integrations
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a new-business focused AE role within MarTech or SaaS
* Proven success selling to C-level or senior marketing stakeholders
* Strong understanding of e-commerce or D2C/retail brand challenges
* A track record of closing business in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder sales environment
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
* Full work authorization to work in Ireland
