As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Weaving Operative to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate weaving looms and related machinery in line with company standards.Ensure consistent production of high-quality woven materials.Monitor production output and quality, identifying and reporting any faults or inconsistencies.Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets.Maintain a clean and organised work area.Essential RequirementsProficiency in English (speaking).Own transport as no public transport is available to the site.Good teamwork and communication skills.Punctuality and reliability, consistently arriving on time and maintaining good attendance is a must.
