Job Opportunity:
The role entails comprehensive testing of customer-facing web and mobile applications, including iOS/Android platforms, internal customer service tools, and backend services hosted in a hybrid Azure environment.
* Conduct end-to-end manual testing across the product suite.
* Evaluate public-facing websites and mobile apps (iOS and Android).
* Analyze internal systems providing customer service support.
Key responsibilities include developing test plans, creating test cases, documenting defects in collaboration with developers, product owners, and Dev Ops engineers.
