This job posting is for a Litigation Legal Secretary position in our expanding team. We are looking for an experienced professional to support a Senior Solicitor with Medical Negligence and Personal Injury cases.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for file management, including digital dictation, diary management, engaging pleadings, preparing Affidavits, Briefs and Discovery booklets. They will also arrange consultations and attendance of Counsel and witnesses for hearing, as well as dealing with calls from clients, expert witnesses and Solicitors.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills, previous experience working in medical negligence or defence litigation, and prior knowledge of case management systems. Experience with Practice Evolve would be beneficial but not required.
