The Director of Estates is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for the planning and development of all properties maintenance and transport in accordance with health and safety regulations to the highest possible standards.

* Housing and premises management
* AHB development and implementation
* Maintenance and technical services coordination
* Fire Safety and Energy Performance monitoring
* Transportation logistics

Requirements
">
* Essential Qualifications:
o Degree and/or appropriate professional qualifications/membership in relevant property, design, build environment, construction, engineering, surveying or technical discipline
o Demonstration of relevant experience
* Desirable Qualifications:
o Post graduate qualification in a relevant business discipline
* Essential Experience:
o Significant experience at a senior level in leading large operational teams and property projects & programmes
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills
o Detailed understanding of the range of technical issues related to health service, estates and facilities management
o Experience in developing strategies for overcoming issues
o Substantial and explicit track record of accomplishment at a Senior Management level for a period not less than three years
o Successful track record of delivering large scale projects
* Desirable Experience:
o Experience in a comparable role within the Health Services setting, or similar setting
