Business Relationship Manager
to join their expanding franchise division.

The Role
As Business Relationship Manager, you'll act as the main point of contact for franchise partners, providing guidance and support across all aspects of their business. This includes conducting site visits, delivering performance reviews, and coordinating resources to ensure partners achieve their goals. You'll also be involved in onboarding new franchisees, sharing best practices, and driving continuous improvement across the network.
Key Responsibilities

* Onboard and mentor new franchise partners

About You
* Background in account management, business development, or franchise support
* Experience within pharmacy, retail, or healthcare is an advantage
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Commercially aware with excellent organisational ability
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and motivated to deliver results
* Knowledge of pharmacy systems or franchise operations is desirable
