Role: Senior PMO (Banking)
Location: Dublin (2days/week On-Site)

Key Accountabilities:
* Lead and drive the Project Management Office for large scale programmes or a portfolio of programmes
* Provide strong management oversight and leadership to project teams assigned to specific governance deliverables
* Define team member's roles and expectations, and ensure timely execution of quality outputs
* Critically assess project data to identify potential challenges / trends – and alert to Programme / Project Manager
* Champion and support the roll out change methodology enhancements incl. BOI Bank Delivery Method (BDM), Delivery Excellence framework (DEX), Lean, Agile etc.
* Provide training to PMO community and resources in all areas of the Bank's delivery frameworks
* Drive and implement standardised process improvement initiatives
* Implement and ensure adherence to all Quality Assurance processes, including periodic reviews
* Lead and ensure adherence with the monthly reporting cycle incl. on time preparation of reports and data quality assurance
* Ensure high quality reporting incl. RAID, resource management and financials/budgets management
* Review and manage all changes to the requirements through a formally defined change management processes.
* Represent the project team at stakeholder meetings.
* Support the Bank's Portfolio Performance Management team in gathering data from projects and programmes as required
* Recommend and drive improvements to the existing processes / tools and reporting where possible
* Act as delegate approver for various processes related to the management of the portfolio
* Lead and drive resource demand planning activities, allocations and annual demand planning activities
* Manage other projects task and support the Change Delivery Director, Portfolio Engagement Lead and Programme Managers with all aspects of portfolio delivery
* Support other projects and tasks as directed by Programme Manager
Essential Skills & Experience
* 10+ years' experience in program management in a multinational corporate environment
* Relevant third level qualification / certification
* Experience in delivering E2E Operational Change Management Projects in financial services sector
* Formal Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP, CSM)
* Extensive PMO experience in waterfall and Agile
* Working knowledge of Clarity portfolio management tool
* Fully proficient in PowerBI, SharePoint, Advance Excel, JIRA, Confluence
* Team leadership experience in PMO or in Business Operations
* Strong business, technical knowledge and understanding of project management, business process management and data management
* Strong financial management skills,
* Senior Stakeholder influencing skills and communication skills
* Facilitation, training and presentation skills
* Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma tools as a way to solve complex product problems, satisfy critical to quality customer requirements and eliminate waste
* In depth understanding of Change Management and Programme/Project Delivery Desirable
