Applications are invited for a temporary post of a BiOrbic Communications and External Affairs Manager within UCD School of Biomolecular and Biomedical Science A large research centre based in UCD is seeking a Communications and External Affairs Manager.
The successful candidate will serve as the Centre's strategic lead for communications, external engagement and reputation building.
This outward-facing role is essential to strengthening the Centre's national and international profile, advancing its mission, and building trusted, positive relationships with diverse stakeholders including industry, policymakers, funding bodies, producers, media, public audiences and communities.
This role will ensure that the Centre's research excellence, impact and collaborative activities are communicated effectively, consistently and with strategic purpose.
Fixed Salary: €70,000 Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on 12/02/2026 Applications must be submitted by the closing date and time specified.
