Role Summary:
The Funding Solutions Manager role will manage a live pipeline of qualified financing opportunities from initial qualification through to facility execution.
This role combines hands-on transaction management with strategic involvement in Financefair's commercial and go-to-market initiatives. You will assess funding requests / opportunities, structure solutions, execute facilities, lead the credit approval submissions, and work closely with internal teams, deployment mandates and clients to deliver tailored funding solutions that drive business growth.
Core Responsibilities:
Pipeline & Transaction Management
• Manage and execute a live pipeline of financing opportunities, progressing deals efficiently through initial assessment, structuring, credit approval, and transaction execution.
• Evaluate financial and business information to determine funding suitability in line with Financefair policy.
• Prepare, review and present Credit Papers - incorporating financial analysis, risk analysis/mitigation and commercial assessments for approval.
• Draft and present deal summaries and expressions of interest for external 3rd party funders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the funding process, including Credit, Funding, Legal, Referring Partners and Advisors.
• Lead and attend client meetings (alongside team members and founders) to identify funding requirements and understand customer business models.
• Confidently present Financefair's value proposition to C-suite executives and key stakeholders from initial engagement through to funding execution.
Execution & Strategic Contribution
• Oversee customer onboarding, ensuring completion of legal documentation, AML/KYC, and due diligence information.
• Track and report portfolio performance and revenue KPIs using HubSpot, AWS QuickSight, and the Financefair Admin Platform.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Financefair's go-to-market and commercial strategy.
• Support cross-functional initiatives including research, competitor analysis, and customer success activities.
Role Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing, transaction-based role, ideally within financial services or capital markets.
• Proven track record in managing multiple financing opportunities and coordinating stakeholders effectively.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, particularly within a debt or equity funding context.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities, confident engaging at executive level.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a professional, proactive work ethic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRMs and BI tools (Hubspot, AWS Quicksights, Tableau) desirable. Interest in business innovation and the evolving finance/funding landscape in Ireland and across Europe.
