What will I be doing as a Chopstix Supervisor at Applegreen?
Assist the Chopstix Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
Support the Chopstix Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
Motivate the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
Ensure that the store is operating in line with Chopstix standards, policies and procedures.

An Applegreen Chopstix Supervisor would ideally have:
Previous experience of 1–2 years in a similar role.
A can-do attitude who has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
