We are seeking a seasoned Project Management professional to lead site strategic projects within the Manufacturing Engineering Function.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills and experience in managing complex cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive project plans, fostering team engagement and providing mentorship to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Program Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that meet organizational objectives.
— Foster strong team engagement through effective communication, coaching, and mentoring.
— Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
1. Team & People Management:
- Lead large cross-functional teams comprised of diverse skill sets,
on-site locations,
among others.
– Guide teams effectively using constructive feedback
and support from functional managers."
