Job Description
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Duties
* Covering and managing the BC&FC Reception area
* Handling calls and managing bookings and diary management
* Providing access to callers using the centre and the Beechtree crèche
* Dealing with callers to reception and general public enquiries
* Providing efficient administrative support to the centre manager and staff
* Any other duties that may be requested from time to time by the centre manager
Requirements
* Willingness to work as part of the BC&FC Team
* Flexibility in work hours/days
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Reliable, enthusiastic, helpful and friendly
* Willingness to attend training and development where identified and appropriate
