Responsibilities: Carry out maintenance, service, and repair work on a range of lift systems (traction and hydraulic). Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise downtime. Respond to emergency breakdowns and call-outs as part of a shared on-call rota. Complete detailed service reports and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant. Work closely with the customer service team and clients to deliver professional, responsive support. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with industry regulations and company procedures. Requirements Proven experience as a Lift/Elevator Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Lift Engineering). Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with a range of lift types and brands. Full clean driving licence (essential). Excellent communication and customer service skills.
