In this role, you will partner closely with People Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, and People Services to support strategic people priorities and ensure world-class HR operations.

Key Requirements: Lead the local implementation of our global People Strategy, ensuring exceptional standards of employee experience.
Partner with business leaders and HR teams to deliver people priorities and support business transformation.
Support talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives.
Guide and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, check-ins, and year-end reviews.
Manage employee relations matters, including grievance resolution and compliance with Irish legislation.
Support organisational design, change management, and structure optimisationChampion and embed our high-performance, Play-to-Win culture.
Oversee compensation and benefits processes in line with corporate frameworks.
Ensure HR policies meet local legislative requirements and global standards.
Manage global mobility initiatives and employee lifecycle events.
Contribute to succession planning and leadership development activities.
Drive diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide expert advice on complex People & Culture matters.
Key Responsibilities: A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
Manufacturing experience - preferable.
Strong HR experience within a multinational environment, partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
Proven capability in managing complex employee relations, performance, and organisational change issues.
Excellent facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, negotiation, and project management skills.
Confidence interacting with employees at all levels.
