We're looking for a friendly and experienced Office Assistant help our clients' team in the central side of Dublin 7. This is a broad role and the team are hoping to find an all-rounder who can help them with the day-to-day running of their reception and office area.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
* Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
* Handle and sort incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
* Handle meeting room bookings and organisation.
* Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and scheduling.
* Managing the new starter process, in collaboration with HR and IT.
* Running daily/weekly AirCon, fire systems and Safety checks.
* Providing a travel service including travel and accommodation needs and any courier requirements.
* Arranging and coordinating catering.
* Coordinating and managing of cleaning contractors.
* Ad hoc duties
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role with some experience with facilities management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Fluency in English and attention to detail.
