( thats all ;-) )will be extremely organised to lead our small team and prepare the weekly Rotas and Stockwill be someone who takes great pride in cooking, in producing quality food at all times ( breakfast/ lunch dinner )and ensuring consistency in the quality and presentation of dishes.will be organised in the preparation of the kitchen for service, and in managing HACCP and making orders.will be able to work as part of a team. The team will be very limited in low seasons and will consist in 5-10 staff in middle of summer.Must be fluent in English and have strong communication skills.Must be able to adapt to different rhythms of the season ( quiet sometimes and suddenly very busy)Must be passionate about making people happy: customers but also his own team.Communication and PositivityMust "want to be on Achill island" ( we can discuss this as we believe that Achill is a paradise but not for everyone).
