Executive Assistant (C-Suite Support)
Ardonagh Europe
We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join Ardonagh Europe, providing dedicated support to two C‑suite leaders. This is a pivotal, high‑impact role at the heart of our organisation—ensuring our senior leaders can focus on strategic priorities while you expertly manage the pace, complexity and rhythm of their day-to-day.

About the Role
As a trusted partner, you will operate in a high‑calibre, high‑trust environment, working closely with senior stakeholders across Ardonagh Europe, The Ardonagh Group in London, and our European businesses.
You’ll need exceptional judgement, discretion, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to anticipate needs, influence effectively, and deliver with precision—even when direction is limited.
You will also work in alignment with the Chief Administrative Officer (CEO Office), ensuring consistency and collaboration across executive support functions.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first‑class executive and administrative support to C‑suite leaders
Manage complex, ever‑changing calendars across multiple time zones
Coordinate end‑to‑end travel logistics, ensuring seamless execution
Prepare and support meetings, agendas and follow‑ups with meticulous attention to detail
Act as a key liaison between executives and senior stakeholders
Build strong relationships across international teams and leadership groups
Handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion
Support events, off‑sites and key initiatives when required
Deliver on ad hoc projects and priorities in a dynamic environment

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills:

Proven experience supporting C‑suite executives in a fast‑paced, complex organisation
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Copilot)
Experience in international or matrix organisations (multilingual skills are a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Understanding of corporate governance and board‑level processes
