Market Launch Manager
to lead the country go-to-market launch of
LinkedIn Hiring Assistant (LIHA)
across
France or Germany
.
This is a high-impact role within LinkedIn's
Talent Solutions
business, one of our largest and fastest-growing segments. You'll own the local launch strategy, bring global campaigns to life in-market, and work cross-functionally to drive awareness, adoption, and commercial impact.
What You'll Do
* Lead the country go-to-market strategy and launch for LinkedIn Hiring Assistant
* Execute and optimise multi-channel marketing programmes tailored to local market needs
* Partner closely with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and external partners
* Manage influencer and channel partner marketing in-market
* Track performance, measure ROI, and report impact to senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* 5–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with strong GTM and campaign management expertise (tech/SaaS preferred)
* Native or near-native French or German, plus strong English
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional programmes in a matrix, international environment
* Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
* Experience in HR tech, L&D, or enterprise SaaS (nice to have)
* Event and integrated marketing experience (nice to have)
