Requirements:
* Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Relevant qualifications such as QFA or CFP.
* Proven ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions for investments, life, and pensions.
* Strong self-motivation, energy, and initiative to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* Sales experience, either within intermediaries or direct to the public.
* Proficiency in MS Office and electronic point-of-sale systems.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
