Take your sales experience to the next level as a business development consultant at Archer.
Here at Archer, we specialise in IT Recruitment, partnering with clients across the life science and financial service sectors and delivering top IT talent with growth plans fr further expansion into the European market.
We are seeking driven sales executives to join our business development team, where you will drive growth and new business.
What You Will Do:
Master the Cycle:
Take full responsibility for the sales funnel- prospecting, pitching terms, and closing the deal.
Full Sales Exposure:
Bridge the gap between Business Development and Account Management, earning recurring commissions as your accounts grow.
Collaborate:
You focus on the client and the deal; our dedicated recruiters focus on delivering the top-tier IT talent.

Base salary in the mid-€30k range (DOE) with uncapped monthly commissions, including both upfront and recurring revenue.

The Essentials:
The Track Record:
1 year (min) experience in prospecting/outbound sales.
The Goal:
A clear ambition to lead meetings, negotiate, and close deals.
The Logistics:
EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa (Required).
The Location:
Monday–Friday on-site in Dublin City Centre.
