Head of Production Operations We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality control and adherence to food safety standards. Requirements: * Proven experience in managing food production operations, including vegetable preparation and product packaging. * Demonstrated expertise in maintaining high-quality standards through effective quality control processes. * Familiarity with stock management practices to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization. Responsibilities: 1. Oversight of all aspects of food production from initial preparation to final packaging for distribution. Total Quality Control (TQC) as per HACCP Food Safety Standards. Ensure Safe Work Environment Maintain required documentation such that it could be audited.
