We are currently seeking Administrator to join our team in our Head office in Monaghan.
Job Summary
The role requires a highly organised and detail orientated person who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and who will plan and lead on all elements relating to administrative duties.
Main Duties
* Take charge of administration support for colleagues working in various departments
* Handle calls, correspondence, data entry, filing and archiving
* Manage the full accommodation booking process for employees, ensuring clear communication throughout
* Monitor and report on weekly accommodation costs to the Line Manager
* Liaise with suppliers, negotiate competitive rates and maintain strong working relationships
* Respond to employee queries regarding accommodation and housing, offering advice and solutions
* Create and tailor itineraries to meet employee requirements
* Ensure bookings align with company-preferred accommodation standards
