Butlers Chocolates is seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our Warehouse Support Team. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the selected candidate will support various warehouse functions, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and overall logistical processes. The role requires a proactive approach, strong work ethic, and keen attention to detail.Key Responsibilities· Support inventory control activities, such as receiving, counting, organising stock, and conducting regular audits; promptly report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.· Assist the Purchasing Manager in preparing and sending purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and liaising with suppliers to confirm schedules.· Prepare departmental orders for production teams as required.· Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations, including loading and unloading deliveries.· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse; report any equipment issues or safety concerns to management.· Adhere strictly to all company policies and safety regulations.· Communicate efficiently with team members and management regarding inventory levels, order statuses, and operational concerns.· Conduct stock control and stock taking activities as directed.· Operate fork trucks and pallet trucks to move and store products safely and correctly.· Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Skills and Experience· Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is advantageous.· Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.· Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with multiple departments.· Valid forklift licence; experience operating aisle master fork trucks is an asset.· Excellent time management abilities.· Demonstrated initiative and forward-thinking mindset.Job Type: Full-timePay: €15.00-€18.00 per hourBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee assistance programEmployee discountOn-site parkingStore discountWellness programAbility to commute/relocate:Clonshaugh, Dublin, CO.
