Job Title: Solution Architect Developer
Eir Evo Talent has partnered with a leading public sector client in Dublin. They are looking for an experienced software developer to join their team on a 6-month contract.
You'll be working on the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable software solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies.
This role will suit a hands-on developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications using Microsoft .NET Core, C#, VB, and MVC.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support internal and external integrations.
- Work with jQuery and Angular to deliver responsive and dynamic front-end experiences.
- Design and optimize database solutions to ensure performance and scalability.
- Use Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and agile project management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience designing and developing .NET-based software solutions.
- Strong proficiency with .NET Core, C#, VB, MVC, jQuery, and Angular.
- Proven experience with database design and development (SQL Server or similar).
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining REST APIs.
- Practical experience using Azure DevOps for builds, deployments, and version control.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
