We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Hotel Manager at The Westbury hotel, Dublin. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences, driving operational performance, and achieving financial success — all while upholding the highest standards of hospitality. Responsibilities:
* Lead all daily operations, ensuring every department delivers exceptional service and maintains brand standards.
* Develop and execute strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth in Rooms and Food & Beverage outlets.
* Manage and mentor a skilled team, overseeing recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
* Maintain cost control measures across all departments while ensuring quality and service excellence.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the hotel.
* Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly to uphold the hotel's reputation.
* Monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial performance, driving profitability and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on capital projects, refurbishments, and ongoing improvements.
* Foster strong relationships with guests, clients, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance operational success.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven leadership experience in a senior management role within luxury hotel operations.
* In-depth knowledge of Rooms Division and Food & Beverage
* Demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
* Commitment to exceptional guest service aligned with Forbes Five-Star and Leading Hotels of the World standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
* A People person, with empathy and humility in abundance, who is passionate about creating exceptional workplaces for their colleagues
