Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and roll out efficient operational processes to our brands.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Training and supporting retailers and their teams in executing our operational processes to the highest standard.
* Working closely with retailers in several areas, including documentation, process development, and rollout of new processes.
* Developing and implementing a consistent way of working across each brand.
* Creating and using reporting tools that capture input and output through clear and measurable KPIs.

You will be responsible for driving efficiency as part of our Centra and SuperValu Next Gen projects. You will also work closely with our retail partners to ensure seamless execution of our operational processes.

The successful candidate will possess all or most of the following skills and qualifications:

* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a store management position, preferably with a third-level qualification in sales/business or similar.
* Experience in managing pilot initiatives and process mapping.
* Experience working on major retail rollouts as part of a cross-functional team.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Commercial acumen and reporting skills.
* Good computer skills, including MS Office and project planning.
* A full driving license is required due to the field-based nature of the role.

This is a 12-month contract.

Musgrave operates a Work Smart hybrid working model, where you can alternate between connecting and collaborating in the business and working remotely. Occasional business travel to other locations may also be required.


Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and excellent communication and relationship management skills. They will also possess commercial acumen and reporting skills, as well as good computer skills.
