General Summary
Annual salary: $120,755 - 161,789.
This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule.
What You'll Do
Lead and support a team responsible for enterprise infrastructure services.
Oversee the Systems Integration team that supports mission critical middleware services such as Identity & Access Management, Database services (SQL Server/Oracle, high availability, disaster recovery), Application virtualization, Data Transport, DNS, DHCP, IP Administration, Web application hosting.
Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and scalable.
Partner with security, architecture, and application teams to meet business needs.
Drive continuous improvement through automation and modernization initiatives.
Supervise, mentor, and develop staff.
Support budget planning, vendor relationships, and service performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, PCI, and CJIS.

Minimum Qualifications
Possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Have had six (6) years of full‑time work experience in information technology, including three (3) years of supervisory experience in any of the following: Systems analysis and design, Information Technology Infrastructure Services.
Possess an Associate's Degree or equivalent education from an accredited college or university in one of the above fields and have at least eight (8) years of full‑time work experience and three (3) years supervisory experience.
Have had at least ten (10) years of full‑time work experience and three (3) years supervisory experience in the specified areas.
Additional Minimum Qualifications
AWS Certified Developer – Associate certification.
Professional Scrum Master Certification.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
Considerable knowledge of the assigned operating department's goals and objectives.
Reasonable experience in driving organizational change through process improvements, automation and leadership.
