Nolan's Garage Tralee is currently recruiting an experienced bookkeeper/office administrator this is a full time, permanent position.
Suitable candidate will need to be experienced in all aspects of administrative and bookkeeping work and will be responsible for all aspects of invoice management and other duties associated with finance.
The candidate will also need to be familiar and comfortable with handling cash.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
· Previous experience in a similar role is crucial
· Experience in using Big Red Book version 5
· Proficient in using MS Office (Excel/Word)
· Understanding of all aspects of PAYE and VAT compliance
· Experience in preparation of annual accounts for audit
· Good communication skills both written and verbal
· Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative
· Knowledge of Sage payroll
· Preparation of bank lodgements
Duties will include but not limited to:
· Secretarial duties including answering phones and dealing with customer/supplier queries
· Provision of bookkeeping including VAT, PAYE, data entry and debtor and creditor controls
· Dealing with Revenue queries
· All other duties as required
The position is based in Tralee town normal working week Monday to Friday.
