Senior Commercial Operations Leader Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled commercial leader to join our team as Senior Commercial Operations Leader. The successful candidate will oversee store and forecourt operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales and profitability targets.


Main Responsibilities:

* Lead store operations, including marketing, personnel, and finance management
* Develop and implement strategies for recruitment, training, and development of high-quality personnel
* Plan and organize operations to ensure consistent customer service and improved store performance

* Proven retail management experience, preferably with 3 years of experience
* Excellent operational knowledge of the retail environment
* Strong interpersonal relations and commercial acumen
* Ability to work in a pressurised environment
* Computer skills and working knowledge of Labour Law, Health & Safety regulations, HACCP, and Consumer Law
