Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilisation through completion
Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, and on-site staff
Ensure full BCAR compliance and adherence to all industry standards
Monitor progress, manage budgets, and maintain project quality
Solve design and technical challenges as they arise
Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
Keep clear and accurate project documentation and reports
About You
Degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering (or related discipline)
5+ years' experience as a Project Manager on large residential or mixed-use developments
Strong working knowledge of BCAR compliance and project programming
Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and subcontractors
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven record of delivering complex projects safely, on time, and within budget
