Role: Member Services - Marketing & Events AssociateLe Meas is delighted to partner with the representative body for Ireland's funds and asset management industry. The role offers a unique, industry‑wide perspective and the opportunity to work with senior representatives from asset managers, administrators, custodians, professional services, consulting, and technology firms.We represent and support 150 member firms, all of whom bring deep expertise across the full range of activities that enable global investing. We also work closely with key stakeholders and policymakers in Ireland and internationally, helping to shape the environment in which the industry operates and supporting Ireland's strong reputation in financial services.Mission: We are the voice of the funds and asset management industry in Ireland.Vision: Ireland will be the premier location to enable and support global investing through its reputation for trust, capability, and innovation.Your RoleThe Member Services Team manages all member‑related activity at Our client. It develops, delivers, and improves our services for members, ensuring we stay closely connected with them, provide value, and gather their input to support the association's strategic goals. As the funds and asset management industry grows, we continue to invest in our marketing team to ensure we deliver high‑quality communications and events for our members and the wider industry.The Member Services Associate (Marketing & Events) plays a key role within our Member Services Team, leading the creation and delivery of our digital events, including webinars and podcasts. You will also help shape and execute high‑quality in‑person events, collaborating with member firms, sponsors, speakers, and other stakeholders.Alongside events, you will drive our digital marketing and communications activities for Member Services, working closely with the communications team in the Knowledge Hub. This role offers a great opportunity to build your skills across events (digital and in-person), b2b marketing, and stakeholder engagement while contributing to high‑visibility projects across the organisation.Key Responsibilities Leading the production of the Our client digital event series (webinars & podcasts), engaging with speakers & presenters to ensure high quality delivery of content via the Microsoft Teams platform. Editing, recording and presenting content for the Our client webinar and podcast series.Assisting with the formulation and scheduling of event communication plans. Assisting with the drafting and proofing of marketing messaging and content for Our client in-person and online events, targeting varied member and non-member audiences via print, website, email mailouts, social media posts and podcasts. Using CRM system tools (Microsoft Dynamics) to draft and prepare marketing mailouts to varied audiences. Management of event-related marketing, promotional and display content on the Our client website and Event Apps via web content management systems. Management and editing of sponsor and partner display graphics and logos in relation to all event activity (website, email mailouts, social media posts). Assisting with the management and delivery of logistics around Our client in-person events including engaging with venues and suppliers regarding registrations, audio visuals, catering, staffing, printing, etc. to ensure high quality production of all events.Engagement with annual and event-specific sponsors with regards to key activations around sponsorship agreements. Cross-functional engagement with Knowledge Hub team around the creation and promotion of varied digital content to Our client members.Management of event-related information hosted on the Our client member online portal.Assisting with pre- and post-evaluations of events, including attendance and financials. Note that extensive training and support will be provided for this role. Skills and Experience: At least 2 years' experience working in a marketing/events role preferably in professional services. A clear, confident and energetic communicator (both verbal and written), who is comfortable dealing with senior executives in a busy environment. A relevant degree-level education and/or professional qualifications or equivalent experience (e.g. event management, marketing, business studies, communications).Strong IT skills, (esp. Microsoft Office, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) with an ability and desire to develop skillset in digital marketing applications (webinar platforms, CRM, content management systems)Strong project management skills with attention to detail and comfortable with multi-tasking.An ability to interact enthusiastically and effectively while building strong relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders at all levels.A proven ability to work calmly under pressure and effectively meet deadlines.An inherent curiosity and a desire to develop new skills in a professional, high-impact environment.
