As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as the ‘Cloud Ambassador’ across all cloud products, equipping our customers with the tools and tactics to maximize their Product and Support investment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Fluency in French
* Bachelor’s degree or experience in a Technical Customer Service role
* Monitoring and troubleshooting skills in OS Administration (Linux/Windows), Network Essentials (TCP/IP), and Internet Fundamentals
* Experience with Networking and troubleshooting tools (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, cURL)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, OpenStack)
* System Administration experience
* Network troubleshooting expertise
* Experience with Cloud services/deployments
