To support the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for roles within the childcare sector, ensuring that all candidates meet the required standards for working with children and align with the organization's values and safeguarding responsibilities.
* Start Date: 28 August to allow for adequate training, reference checks and garda vetting.
* Job Types: Part time (fixed term)
* Salary: €14.76 p/h
* Locations: Dublin D15 (Hybrid)
* Hours: 11am to 4pm
* Positions: Recruitment Assistant
Duties include:
* Assist with conducting initial telephone/video screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Screen CVs and applications to shortlist candidates against role requirements and safeguarding standards.
* Assist with background checks, reference checks and garda vetting
* Maintain applicant tracking systems and databases with up-to-date and accurate information.
* Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment journey to ensure a positive experience
Requirements:
* Experience in recruitment administration or a similar role.
* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Excel and recruitment software/applicant tracking systems.
* Understanding of the importance of safeguarding and child protection
* Professional, and respectful in all interactions.
* Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
* Work Permit/ VISA essential (for more than 20 hours a week)
* At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.
