Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Key Account Manager to join our Northern Europe sales team in Dublin. This role will collaborate with advertisers, educate and consult on advertising products, and manage large-scale performance advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with advertisers to understand their objectives and develop effective campaigns.
* Educate and consult on how to use advertising products.
* Manage large-scale performance advertising campaigns.
* Execute, optimize, and analyze advertising programs using internal tools and dashboards.
* Resolve campaign issues in a timely and productive manner.
* Identify and implement process improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results for advertisers.
* Provide feedback to product and tools teams to enhance the advertising platform.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or agencies.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong product knowledge, optimization, and analytical skills.
* Performance marketing experience, especially with mobile app promotion.
* Demonstrated ability to create and enhance customer relationships.
* Able to manage large customer relationships and resolve conflicts.
* Proven track record translating marketing objectives into results.
* Experience optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance.
* Strong presentation skills, attention to detail, and proactive issue resolution.
* Aptitude for working in small teams with minimal supervision.
* Strong understanding of the digital marketplace and competitive landscape.
* Possession of a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
