The majority of our guests are happy to reward our colleagues for their excellent service.You will assist with leading a kitchen brigade dedicated to providing a first-class service and excellent food quality to our guests.Responsibilities will include:Assisting the Kitchen Manager / Head Chef in the effective and efficient management of the kitchen and teamEnsuring the kitchen operates within its agreed budget through analysing and rectifying food costs and marginsMonitoring guest satisfaction levels on the quality of food and taking action to remedy shortfallsPlaying a key role in the Department's compliance with food safety legislationPreparing and presenting food to the determined specificationHOURS OF WORKWorking straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis.
