**Job Description:**
* We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at our HQ in Northern Ireland.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the project contract, cost, quality and time targets are met. This will involve:
1. Ensuring prompt and regular submission of Sub-contract payment applications, including all variations and/or change orders.
2. Maintaining and coordinating all commercial reports required for the successful commercial management of the contract.
3. Preparing the forecasting and reporting of costs against value.
4. Ensuring the accuracy of commercial data and record keeping at site level.
5. Management of subcontract accounts.
6. Identifying, raising, and pricing of variations/change orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Candidate should be working towards RICS or other appropriate chartered qualification.
* BSc in Quantity Surveying is preferred.
* Detailed understanding of Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) principles.
* Experience in negotiation and settlement of disputes.
* Accounts experience relating to both customers and suppliers.
* Thorough understanding of financial and commercial issues faced in interior fit-out projects.
* Right to work in the UK.
