Commercial Operations Manager
This role is responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of a soft services element account. The successful candidate will ensure that financial objectives are met, manage cost control, and promote company aims to meet quality levels and customer support objectives.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage the commercial performance of the account, including financial management and cost control.
2. Promote and deliver company aims to meet or exceed quality levels and customer support objectives.
3. Develop and implement strategies to achieve savings and reduce costs as per contractual targets.
4. Manage a team of operatives, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and development.
5. Maintain safe working environments for subcontractors to carry out functions without interruption to the business.
Key Performance Indicators
1. SLA and KPI compliance.
2. Continuous improvement through two-way communication and feedback.
3. Maintenance of accurate HR policies and procedures.
4. Effective management of site audits and documentation.
5. Timely and accurate production of client reporting requirements.
