The Role
As an Asora Graduate, you'll join our Dublin team and gain hands-on experience across all three areas of Service & Delivery, with exposure to Implementation, Data Delivery, and Support, giving you a 360° foundation in client delivery.
* Implementation:
Contribute to client onboarding projects, assist with environment configuration, and validate data to accelerate time-to-value.
* Data Delivery:
Monitor daily feeds, investigate anomalies, and work on automation projects to ensure accuracy and scalability.
* Customer Support:
Manage our support hub, resolve client queries, and provide proactive communication on updates, releases, and timelines.
You'll be mentored by experienced specialists, gain exposure to our cutting-edge platform, and play a hands-on role in delighting clients from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Support client onboarding from initial setup through validation.
* Help ensure reliable daily data delivery and reconciliations.
* Manage and respond to support tickets, escalating when required.
* Communicate proactively with clients on updates, incidents, and releases.
* Work closely with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiencies.
* Contribute to process improvements, knowledge base articles, and internal tools.
Who We're Looking For
* Recent graduate in Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
* Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Automation-first thinker with curiosity about AI, agents, and data tools.
* Customer-first attitude, with the ability to work under time pressure.
* Familiarity with Excel; exposure to SQL/Python or SaaS tools (Jira, HubSpot) is a bonus.
