Warehouse Manager / Supervisor – Co. Mayo
We are hiring an experienced
Warehouse Manager / Supervisor
to join a busy production and fulfilment operation based in
Co. Mayo .
This is a hands-on role leading day-to-day warehouse activities, managing a small team, and ensuring smooth operations across stock, dispatch, and fulfilment.
What You'll Do
* Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations
* Lead and support the warehouse team
* Maintain stock accuracy, safety standards and efficient workflows
* Manage order fulfilment for B2B and B2C channels
* Work with Production and Quality to maintain compliance
* Use ERP and digital tools to manage inventory and order processing
* Track KPIs and identify continuous improvement opportunities
What You Bring
* 2+ years' warehouse, logistics or supply chain experience
* Supervisory or team lead experience
* Strong knowledge of warehousing, stock control and dispatch
* Comfortable using ERP/e-commerce systems
* Organised, proactive and process-driven
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have
* Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, healthcare or pharmaceutical environments
* Knowledge of ISO/GMP or regulated quality standards
