Job Description
We are seeking experienced staff nurses to provide person-centred care to patients and residents in our nursing homes.
1. Maintain accurate records of patient/resident information using recognised systems while adhering to relevant legislation, regulations and policies.

2. Demonstrate a high level of clinical competence with effective communication skills when interacting with healthcare teams.

3. Analyse health problems through observation, interview assessment methods while planning individualised care plans that identify achievable goals within agreed timelines

4. Educate carers / families on disease management, medication adherence & recommendations for appropriate services available locally. We adopt a goal-oriented approach making data-driven decisions .
