We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in our Dublin 22 office.
This is a fast paced exciting role which is ever changing on a daily basis.
You will be learning from start to finish the recruitment process.
This ideal candidate will be joining a superb team throughout our business and there is lot of progression for the right person.
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm.
The Role:
Answer incoming calls and facilitate handling of requests for information
Inputting data into recruitment system manager
Providing a high level of customer service in person and over the phone.
Work effectively as a member of a team
Referencing candidates
Scanning documents
Supporting recruitment team with compliance
General administration duties
Working in a fast and busy paced environment
Ongoing Temporary position
Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
€14 per hour
The Candidate:
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent administration and organisation skills, strong attention to detail
Excellent Microsoft tools, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to multi-task and work to own initiative
Excellent customer service skills
