The Early Career Program is designed for graduates of all disciplines who wish to integrate into a diverse international community and launch a career that nurtures their potential. It emphasizes finding innovative solutions, leveraging data, and driving operational excellence.
Participants receive on‑the‑job training, an 18‑month structured development program (AIG Academy), a permanent employment contract, a mentor, global workshops, master classes, and networking events. Above‑average remuneration is provided, regardless of degree.
What You Can Expect
Underwrite new business and manage a portfolio in accordance with underwriting policy and AIG Group strategy, processes, and tools, meeting agreed response times.
Monitor the existing portfolio against market trends and propose corrective actions to improve growth and profitability.
Work in coordination with technical, sales, administrative, marketing and claims teams.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with broker partners.
Participate in, design, and lead meetings and technical training with broker partners and/or customers.
Contribute to new product development initiatives.
Our Ideal Candidate
We search for a young professional eager to learn and passionate about working in a dynamic international environment.
You are a team player with an open and positive mindset, interest in data science, customer relations and innovation, and have strong analytical skills.
Preferably you are graduated or soon to graduate within Business Administration, Economics, Sales Management, Sales Administration, Natural Sciences or a comparable field (an international degree is an advantage).
