Location: Tralee - Hours: 30 hours/week
Duration: 6-month Work Placement
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience within a data protection, GDPR, Compliance and Regulatory role.
About the Role:
As an Administration Assistant, you will gain experience supporting the team to ensure our internal processes meet the highest standards of accountability and transparency. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your data protection, GDPR and administrative skills while contributing to meaningful work in the third sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Regulatory and Compliance Team
- Assist with document management, data entry, and record-keeping
- Support the preparation of regulatory documentation and compliance reports
- Help coordinate internal audits and follow-up actions with the team
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information
What you will gain:
