As Store Manager, you will oversee all departments to deliver best-in-class standards in customer service, product presentation, and operational excellence. You will lead a team of 15+, driving performance through clear KPIs including sales, customer engagement, and stock management - with particular attention to minimising waste and shrink associated with perishable product. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and profitability through effective commercial and operational management. Deliver an outstanding customer experience by fostering engagement and sharing expert product advice. Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate team to achieve and exceed store goals. Monitor sales reports, analyse performance, and implement improvement strategies. Ensure smooth operational flow, including stock control, product rotation, and shrink reduction. Recruit, train, and nurture staff to reflect the brand's values and culture. Support buying and product selection, attending trade shows when required. Ideal Candidate Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior retail management role within lifestyle, home, or garden retail. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of 10+. Strong commercial awareness and a natural eye for visual presentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for home, lifestyle, and design-led retail.
