As a key member of our team, the HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on recruitment processes for indirect groups of employees and support direct employee group recruitment as necessary.
* Drive employee induction phase to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new joiners.
* Manage performance management processes, assisting Line Management / Supervisors where needed.
* Support grievance and disciplinary cases to satisfactory resolution.
* Oversee employee benefit programmes with external vendors.
* Implement employee engagement initiatives.
* Report HR metrics for weekly and monthly management meetings.
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in human resources or CIPD qualification is essential.
* Four years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in Irish employment law, handling grievances and disciplinaries is crucial.
* A \'can-do\' attitude and interest in career progression.
* Experience in a unionised environment is an advantage.
