Want to lead delivery on a serious pharma construction project with real technical depth?
We’re working with a leading Irish building contractor on a Project Manager opportunity connected to a live life sciences / pharma manufacturing facility project in the Cork /Ringaskiddy area.
This is a brilliant fit for someone who understands complex building delivery, GMP-style environments, technical coordination and the pace of pharma or life sciences construction.
This role is linked to a specialist pharma / CDMO manufacturing environment, so we’re looking for someone who can bring strong delivery discipline and confidence working around complex technical requirements.
Think: Pharma / life sciences construction Manufacturing facility environment GMP, cleanroom, process or MEP-heavy project exposure.
Cork / Ringaskiddy area Programme-critical delivery
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for leading project delivery from construction phase through commissioning, handover and close-out.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning programme, resources, subcontractor performance, safety and quality
Coordinating design, procurement, RFIs, technical submittals and site logistics
Leading site teams, engineers, coordinators and subcontactors
Managing risk, change, client expectations and stakeholder communication
Driving progress reporting, handover, defects and close-out documentation
Keeping delivery commercially sharp, organised and accountable
Who we’re looking for
We’d love to speak with Project Managers who have experience in:
Irish or UK main contractor environments
Pharma, life sciences, healthcare, industrial, data centre or complex building projects
GMP, cleanroom, process, CSA or MEP-heavy delivery environments
Managing site teams, subcontractors and programme-critical milestones
Commercial control, client reporting, quality and handover
Driving delivery while keeping safety, quality and programme under control
You’ll stand out if you can show
Proven delivery of technical building projects
Strong programme and commercial control
Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
Clear communication with clients and senior stakeholders
A track record in pharma, life sciences or other technically demanding environments
