Role Overview
The Change Manager will report to the Head of Transformation and lead the design and execution of a thoughtful change management strategy for assigned projects. As a member of the Transformation Office team, this role will support complex projects for our highest priority programs that drive our 10fortheWin strategy.
This manager will focus on top company initiatives, such as restructurings, tech rollouts, and process changes. Responsibilities include:
* Creating change strategy plans
* Building program governance structures
* Articulating visions and expected project outcomes
* Identifying and analyzing stakeholders
* Assessing impact and developing communication strategies
This role requires exceptional initiative, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to work across all cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
The Change Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to VPs and SVPs, promoting leadership principles and effective communication approaches. This includes managing strategy leadership communications, identifying stakeholder management action plans, and supporting employee satisfaction results.
This team member will contribute to our internal Transformation Office, acting as a change agent to implement and manage best practices and methodology across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effective information sharing with management teams
* Partnering with project managers and assessing the impact of change on stakeholders
* Oversight of organizational Change Management activities, including change analysis, plan development, and risk assessment
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, great executive presence, and influencing and negotiating skills. Experience designing and executing change management plans is also required.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in change management
* Experience working with senior leaders on major change initiatives
* Change Management certification is preferred
