Scrum Lead Agile Delivery - PM

Position Overview:
· Drive high-performing agile teams through iterative delivery cycles, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles while maximizing team velocity and product quality.
· Lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments focused on continuous improvement and customer value delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Sprint Leadership:
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) ensuring timely, focused, and productive sessions.

Team Enablement:
Remove impediments, coach team members on agile practices, and foster self-organizing, high-velocity teams.

Stakeholder Management:
Bridge communication between product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Process Optimization:
Continuously refine team processes, implement best practices, and drive adoption of agile tools and methodologies.

Metrics & Reporting:
Track sprint metrics, burndown charts, velocity trends, and team performance indicators to drive data-driven improvements.
·
Risk Mitigation:
Proactively identify and address project risks, dependencies, and blockers before they impact delivery timelines
Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years Scrum Master/Agile Lead experience with proven track record of successful sprint delivery.
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
· Deep expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
· Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
· Experience with software development lifecycle and technical project management
· Key Success Metrics: Sprint completion rates >90%, team velocity improvement, reduced cycle time, high team satisfaction scores, and consistent delivery of customer value.
