This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, modern medical clinic in Dublin 4, supporting front-of-house operations, patient bookings and day-to-day clinic administration.
Our client, a well-established healthcare provider, is seeking a professional Receptionist / Administrator to manage patient queries, appointment scheduling, clinical documentation and a high-volume reception desk.
Ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and an appropriate third-level qualification.
Receptionist / Administrator Medical Clinic €38,000 Location: Dublin 4 Salary: €38,000 Hours: MondayFriday, 9am6pm, two late evenings.
2 Saturdays per month, with a compensatory day off.
Key Responsibilities Manage a busy medical reception: calls, emails, patient check-ins and queries Schedule and update patient appointments, follow-ups and clinician diaries Handle medical documentation, data entry and accurate record-keeping Coordinate with clinicians, nurses and support staff to ensure smooth clinic flow Maintain a professional, welcoming front-of-house environment for patients and families Essential Requirements Appropriate third-level qualification (business, healthcare admin, or related) 2+ years experience in reception, administration or medical front-of-house Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Proficient in MS Office; experience with medical booking systems an advantage Desirable Experience in a GP practice, specialist clinic, hospital reception or healthcare setting Diary management and high-volume scheduling experience Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy clinical environment Apply: Send your CV to Jane Ryan via the link below.
