Glebe Builders Ltd. are seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator / Document Controller to support our team on an upcoming commercial construction project commencing in December 2025.This role will be central to maintaining accurate project documentation, assisting with health & safety compliance, and ensuring all drawings and records are properly uploaded, tracked, and distributed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain all site documentation and drawing registers, ensuring the latest revisions are available to the project team.Upload, issue, and archive drawings, specifications, and reports via Procore, EasyBuild, or other project platforms.Assist with Health & Safety administration, including maintaining training records, inductions, permits, and safety documentation.Support the Site Manager and Project Team with day-to-day coordination, document control, and communication.Organise and record deliveries, plant registers, tipping logs, and other site records as required.Prepare weekly reports, document trackers, and filing systems for audits and compliance.Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and head office to ensure smooth information flow.Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all administrative duties.Key RequirementsMinimum 2 years' experience in a site administration or document control role within construction.Good knowledge of Health & Safety documentation and site procedures.Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, Procore, EasyBuild, or similar systems.Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy site environment.Must have a valid safepassJob Type: Full-timePay: €34,000.00-€36,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
